33 Week Bumpdate!
How Far Along? 33 1/2 weeks! I am so excited to be 34 weeks because that means only 6 more weeks until we get to meet and hold and cuddle sweet Georgia! Sleep? I am still sleeping well, but I have been getting up a little more in the middle of the night, and when that happens I have been staying up looking at furniture and home decor online lol. Also, I have been less tired, and all I want to do is get baby stuff ready! Her room is almost completely set up, and I did all of her baby laundry last weekend. Best moment this week? Putting together Georgia’s crib, and organizing her cloths! I also have her outfit that we’re going to take her home from the hospital in, and it is just the softest, little pink outfit ever! Movement: Yes! She is kicking and rolling like crazy! She moves whenever Greg talks to her, and it is just the sweetest! Food Cravings: Not really, Greg and I have been cooking a lot, though, and that has been fun! Anything making you queasy? No, but she is definitely taking up more room because I feel so full after only a couple of bites! What we’re looking forward to: Getting Georgia’s rocking chair in tomorrow! We bought a double rocking chair so that we can all sit in it together. and I cannot wait to put it in her nursery.
A Rugby Game!
Hope you all had an amazing Monday! I just wanted to share some pics from a rugby game that my dad, Greg, and I went to at Soldier’s Field! We watched the Ireland vs. Italy game, and it was so much fun! Rugby is such a rough sport, but Ireland won, and that made us all very happy! It is always so fun going to a game. I love how the crowd gets into it, and everyone cheers. It was also a really good day because it didn’t get too cold until right at the end, and my mom had sent us with a blanket and gloves, which was so sweet and so helpful.
Anyway, this week, Greg and I are going to be trying recipes in our new slow cooker/ instant pot. We have been wanting one for a while for things like rice, chicken, and just so that we can make easy, yummy meals. We were so excited when we found this one. It’s even on sale, and it is the perfect size because it can fit recipes for two or a whole family!
If you guys have any suggestions for great recipes for a slow cooker or an instant pot, leave them in the comments! We can’t wait to try new recipes, and recipe suggestions are always the best! We tried this recipe tonight for chicken tetrazzini from one of my favorite bloggers, MixandMatchMama, and it was seriously one of the best dinners we have ever had!

Hunting Trip in Iowa
We made our annual hunting trip to Clinton, Iowa this past weekend! It was so much fun because my brother, Kevin, and our friend, Jeff, came hunting, too. On Saturday evening, we all made the drive to Clinton, Iowa. We ended up leaving a little late because Greg and Jeff got off work late, but once we got to Clinton, the guys stopped to check out the hunting spot, and the water was way deeper than last year! Greg had to get in the water, and check out several different entry points, and he still was unsure of where they would be able to enter the water to hunt in the morning. Then, we met my brother at Candlelight Inn and had a really yummy dinner, and the guys talked about what they were going to do in the morning. It was so cute because Greg was so worried about if they would be able to hunt, but they all knew they would be able to figure it out in the morning.
We also stayed at the hotel we stayed at last year, and Greg and I got the hotel room with the jacuzzi, and it was just the best! I relaxed in it on Sunday morning with lots of bubbles while the guys were hunting, and as soon as Greg got back he took one, too, to warm up! Also, we had a king size bed, and we both want one for our bedroom sooo badly lol!
As for the hunt, the water was deep, but they did get to see ducks and shot two. They even said that one shot was crazy because Jeff was doing something, and Greg was holding his gun, and a duck came flying out of nowhere, and Greg got it with Jeff’s gun! They also had a deer walk right up on them because the deer couldn’t see them in their camo. It sounded so fun and cool! It’s just the best being out in nature like that, and it really has been the perfect fall weather.
Anyway, we ended the trip at Buffalo Wild Wings, and the guys were so happy to refuel after their long, chilly morning of hunting! It was such a fun, relaxing trip, and it was even better because Kevin and Jeff came with us this year!
