Hi everyone! I hope you all had the most magical Christmas ever! Greg and I drove up to my parents on Saturday with little Arthur. He slept on my lap for the whole drive, and we only had to pull over once for him to go potty lol! It was so sweet.
On Christmas Eve, we went to my aunt and uncle’s house for the best party. We sang the Twelve Days of Christmas, played a game that’s kinda like would you rather with silly dares thrown in, drew snowmen on top of our heads, and unwrapped this huge snowball of cling wrap that had little prizes inside! Family time at the holidays is always so fun, funny, and special, and we absolutely love getting to see everyone!
On Christmas morning, Greg made breakfast, and I woke everyone up super early lol. I just couldn’t wait any longer for us to all be awake together! We unwrapped presents and had a cuddly morning. Greg and I took a little nap, and my sweet parents made the most amazing dinner. We had ham, and mashed potatoes, and everyone’s favorite green bean casserole followed by homemade cheesecake and pretzel jello. Oh and to top it all off, we had a white Christmas!
Christmas is always such a special time and holiday. We feel so blessed to have so much love in our lives, and the miracle of Christmas truly is the birth of Jesus, our savior and light that stays with us all year long. My mom put baby Jesus in his manger (in her nativity set) on Christmas morning- which I love that she has done since we were little! One of my New Year’s goals this year is going to be to make it to church more often. 🙂
Anyway, I hope you all had a magical and relaxing Christmas and got to spend time with your loved ones, too!
P.S.  Here is our Christmas post from last year!
