On Easter, my sweet parents took us to the Bulls game, and it was so much fun! We all had breakfast that morning, and then got ready to head out. My mom had to tie my shirt for me because I could not figure out how it wrapped, and then Greg had to fix the bow after the game because I stepped on it! Kevin also had the coolest app for the tickets. He was able to share them with us so we all had them on our phones, and they just scanned them for us when we got there! We all absolutely loved it, and I loved how invigorating it felt just being there. As soon as we got into the stadium, there were pretty lights and music and dancers, and it felt like a game and a show all wrapped into one. We all sat together in one row, and it was like we could have our own basketball team! Actually, Greg and Olivia did have their own little competition- tying cherry stems lol, but we aren’t sure who won.
I always think that these type of events are so special because everyone has such a big smile on their face, and seeing people happy and having fun is one of the sweetest parts of life. My dad is also so great with sports facts so it’s always so much fun going to a game with him.
My favorite part of the game was the halftime show where the most adorable little boy played the drums. He had on the cutest costume and was just so into it! After the game, we all went to Buffalo Wild Wings, too. It was the perfect dinner following a game. Greg loves their nachos, and we had wings and yummy burgers.
I do wish that Greg and I made is on the Kiss Cam, though! Maybe next time!
