Everyone loves brownies, and there is nothing better than a warm, chocolatey brownie straight from your oven! I have a couple of tricks to making the best brownies ever, so here they are!
- Choose the brownie mix that has chocolate chips in it! The chocolate chips give will give your brownies that ooey gooey goodness!
- Mix your eggs, oil, and vanilla first. Use a mixer, and mix until you have bubbles. Then, add your dry ingredients a little at a time. I feel like this makes the brownies creamier because it just mixes better!
- Bake your brownies for the shortest amount of time that the box says based on the size pan you are using. When you take your brownies out of the oven, first, make sure they aren’t soupy by poking a knife or fork in the center. If your fork is caked in batter, they may need a couple of more minutes. If your knife or fork comes out pretty clean just let them cool in the pan. The brownies continue to bake in the pan after you take them out of the oven, and this will ensure that your brownies aren’t overcooked or dry.
Finally, serve your brownies with a cool glass of milk and enjoy with someone you love! Also, Greg and I love to have a brownie for breakfast the next day, too!
